Ivy League
The Ivy League is
a collegiate athletic conference comprising sports teams from eight private
institutions of higher education in the Northeastern United States. The
conference name is also commonly used to refer to those groups. The eight
institutions are Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University,
Dartmouth University, Harvard University, the university of Pennsylvania,
Princeton University, and Yale University.
Seven Sisters
It is a loose
association of seven liberal arts college in the Northeastern United States
that are historically women’s colleges. They are Barnard College, Byrn Mawr
College, Mount Holyoke College, Radcliffe College, Vasser College, and
Wellesley College.

Existentialism
It is a term applied
to the work of certain late 19th and 20th century European
